1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or executing affiliate performance campaigns through NetworKings (American Network Solutions), you organically accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Liability Disclaimers

NetworKings acts solely as a technological routing engine. We bear strictly zero liability for any external conversions, legal discrepancies, compliance violations, or fraudulent traffic vectors generated by independent Affiliates. All marketing assertions generated across native tracking campaigns represent the sole absolute responsibility of the procuring Vendor processing the end-user data. Vendors utilizing NetworKings natively indemnify the platform from any regulatory exposure.

3. Financial Distribution

Escrow deposits and wallet disbursements are executed autonomously via Stripe matrices. In cases of tracked chargebacks or suspected localized fraud, NetworKings reserves complete authority to immediately zero downline wallet balances prior to vendor remittance.

4. Termination

NetworKings maintains the autonomous right to permanently ban Affiliates generating zero-quality routing data without prior notice or escrow payout. By connecting Native Twilio SIP configurations, you explicitly accept downstream billing parameters mapping directly to your sponsor tree.
